Rostik Foods started with a simple observation: the snacks we love shouldn't have to be a compromise for our health. We looked back at thousands of years of Indian tradition and found the "Fox Nut" – a superfood that was being forgotten in the age of processed junk.
We spent two years traveling through Bihar, working directly with local harvesting communities to understand the delicate art of popping makhana. We realized that to preserve the nutrient profile, we had to reject modern industrial shortcuts.
